Choose your bloodline.
Thirteen races, each bending the ten statistics its own way. The shift is permanent — chosen once, baked into your stats for life. Check the result with STAT.
Human
Every road open, no door cheaper or dearer. The bloodline for a player who wants the build, not the bonus, to decide who they are.
Giantkin
Strength that bends bar iron, bought with clumsy hands and a slow wit. The cleaver never feels heavy again.
Dwarf
The mountain's own patience. Hard to drop, harder to move, at home in the deep delvings.
Halfling
Quickest hands on the trail, slight of frame. What a Halfling cannot carry, a Halfling dodges.
Elf
Long-lived and light-footed, with an ease in the old arts that shorter lives envy.
Wood Elf
The forest reads as plainly as a market sign. Rangers' blood, through and through.
Half-Elf
Two worlds' manners, neither's debts. Comfortable anywhere, beholden nowhere.
Dark-Elf
The composed word comes easier to those who grew up where light is a rumor. A natural pure caster.
Mothkin
Drawn to the lamps, dusted in grey, seldom where you last looked. The Frostspine's oddest children.
Town Gnome
Clever hands and cleverer ledgers. Locks, contraptions, and a fair price — fair to the gnome, anyway.
Forest Gnome
Seldom seen, never followed. The wilds keep their secrets; so do they.
Half-Skorl
The rough inheritance of the reaver coasts — a temper best pointed at something that deserves it.
Ashari
Wanderers of the high passes, born under falling cinders. The cold respects them; little else dares.
Any race can walk any road — the bonus tilts the start, never closes a door. A Giantkin Wizard pays for the choice and a Dark-Elf Warrior pays for theirs; both are playable, and both are somebody's favorite character. Pick the pairing that sounds like a story. Meet the professions →
