Eleven familiar fantasy callings, each built on its own aptitudes, training profile, magical access, and signature play.
Warrior
Weapons, armor, and battlefield forms come naturally. Magic remains an expensive but real road for the Warrior willing to surrender martial breadth.
Rogue
Locks, traps, ambush from the shadows, and a guild that teaches what the trainers won't. The right heartbeat ends a fight early.
Monk
Empty hands, hammered into weapons. Fitness, footwork, and a stillness the Frostspine cannot crack.
Ranger
The wilds are home. Track what passed, skin what fell, and carry a real, if modest, magic onto the trail.
Bard
A blade, a voice, and lore for every locked box and strange gem. The tavern is a second armory.
Paladin
The line that holds. Heavy arms with a thread of the divine woven through them.
Wizard
Three circles of wards, bolts, familiars, and enchantment. A catalogue caster with the broadest formal magical education.
Cleric
The dead walk back because of you. Wards, radiance, and the rites the chapel keeps.
Empath
Draw another's injury away as borrowed pain, then manage the burden while your own magic restores you. The town knows your name before the trail does.
Sorcerer
Curses, disruption, unquiet allies, and doors cut through places a sane traveller would leave closed.
Savant
No circles and no memorized list: combine forms with fire, air, earth, and water words to compose each working live.
Every level grants 60 Training. Each calling favors some discipline families, knows others, and pays dearly for foreign study. The same rules let a Wizard learn steel or a Rogue build a working mana pool: the detour costs more and grows less deeply, but the door is open.
